1 Introduction
Welcome to RoyalPMS. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our Property Management System. By accessing this application, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.
2 Service Usage & SaaS
Our platform provides a multi-tenant environment for hotel management. Users are responsible for:
- • Maintaining the confidentiality of account login credentials.
- • All activities that occur under their specific tenant database.
- • Ensuring that guest data entered into the system complies with local privacy laws.
3. Hotel & Guest Management
RoyalPMS acts as a facilitator for property management. The following applies to all property owners:
- Accuracy of Room Rates and Availability is the sole responsibility of the Hotel Admin.
- Laundry and Mini Bar charges posted to Guest Folios must be verified by the staff.
- System backups are automated, but users should export critical reports regularly.
4 Cancellation & Refunds
Subscription fees for the RoyalPMS service are billed based on the selected Plan (Monthly/Yearly). Refunds are processed at the discretion of the management unless the service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours.
5 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
